Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free standard shipping within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout; orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST to ship same day.
- Wholesale orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide to most destinations.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your Blue Pacific Fashion account at any time to check the status of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight deliveries.
- Certain products or materials may be restricted in specific countries due to customs regulations.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at support@bluepacificfashion.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
